Terms of Service

Scopevex provides an AI-assisted pre-sales workspace for software agencies and IT consultancies. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use Scopevex only for lawful business purposes related to opportunity and project workflows. You are responsible for the content your organization uploads, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and client information.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organization administrators are responsible for managing seats, permissions, and access for their team.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.

You retain ownership of Customer Data. Scopevex processes that data to provide the Service, including transcription, analysis, estimation support, and proposal generation features you enable.

Scopevex and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Scopevex. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use the Service to process unlawful content. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.

We aim to keep Scopevex reliable, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopevex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Scopevex at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms or unpaid fees.
